No one knows what is going to happen next. But with everything that has happened and more loss of friends, Rho doesn’t know how to pick between her romantic relationships. Hysan saves them and there is a big surprise waiting for her. She, and her friends, are betrayed in a gut retching scene. However, the stars still see her as the leader “Mother Rho”. Rho sees this as an opportunity to help fight against the evil mastermind of the 13th sign without her title.
Nishi joins a new movement that is trying to build resist and fight the 13th. Thankfully her brother was saved during the first attack on Cancer by a new friend, and they are reunited. Struggling through the loss of her friend, and dad, while trying to identify in a universe where she is banished from her home, as Rho feeling very lost. And Rho is stripped of her title and banished. Unsurprisingly her warnings don’t take hold and things don’t end up well. He believes in the threat rather quickly, and possibly falls for Rho rather quickly as well.
Also, the ship came equipped with it’s owner, foreign diplomat Hysan, who had fallen asleep on the ship and is now onboard for the adventure. Nishi stays on planet to do research and Mathias pilots the ship to their next destination, but he is not convinced the threat is real.
With support only from Nishi and Mathias she commandeers the fastest ship available to warn the other home planets of their impending attacks. Nor his future plans to wipe out all the other planets. She asks Nishi, her best friend, to do some undercover digging- which leads to – the 13th house? Absolutely no one is ready to hear about the hidden 13th house and the evil master behind the attack on her home planet. Rho sees something unknown in the stars and is very concerned. The only person she knows and trusts who is old enough also happens to be her crush, Mathias. As a minor in the highest leadership position she is required to have a guide who knows the ways of their people. Barley on the verge of turning 17 she is very unprepared for any of it. Due to her unique way of reading the stars she is selected and screened to be the next leader, “Mother Rho”.
